The Trauma Kit NOW!™ - Large (TKN™-LARGE) is for those who need to carry a large amount of medical supplies by choice or because of organizational SOP. This pouch has also been utilized by Medics one or two carried on the flanks in lieu of a Medic Pack in urban and short transport time environments.. The Large TKN built around the USMC IFAK consists of two main components – the outer MOLLE compatible pouch and the removable inner supply chassis. Inside are six rows of various sized heavy duty elastic which holds one of three Fill Levels a BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other medical supplies as chosen by the user.
